释义	法律分析: 我国是不允许实行安乐死的，在当前法律上没有被许可，在目前只是一种理论上的探讨。所谓安乐死，通常是指为免除患有不治之症、濒临死亡的患者的痛苦，受患者嘱托而使其无痛苦地死亡。在国外的一些国家，如果得了让人痛苦并无法治愈的病症就可以实行安乐死。《中华人民共和国民法典》第八条民事主体从事民事活动，不得违反法律，不得违背公序良俗。
