释义	用户的钱在被取款机吞走以后不会被别人取走，用户在存款时，钱被Atm机吞了以后，并不会被别人取走，而是会被后台的机器进行保管了，后面的人是取不出来的，只有存款用户拿着回单，也就是吞钞时产生的单据，去到相应的银行银行网点寻找咨询工作人员进行办理。需要注意的是，在吞钞的时候，会产生一张吞钞回单，这张吞钞回单一定要保管好。法律依据《中华人民共和国商业银行法》第八条商业银行开展业务，应当遵守法律、行政法规的有关规定，不得损害国家利益、社会公共利益。
