释义	法律分析：根据相关法律规定，在找到工作并拥有编制之后，档案是应当存在所工作的医疗机构。之后档案随工作地移动而移动。如果没有找到工作之前则档案会保存在人才市场相关机构。法律依据：《护士条例》第八条申请护士执业注册的，应当向批准设立拟执业医疗机构或者为该医疗机构备案的卫生主管部门提出申请。收到申请的卫生主管部门应当自收到申请之日起20个工作日内做出决定，对具备本条例规定条件的，准予注册，并发给护士执业证书；对不具备本条例规定条件的，不予注册，并书面说明理由。
