二、普洱城镇职工基本医疗保险参保登记依据
《中华人民共和国社会保险法》第二十三条职工应当参加职工基本医疗保险，由用人单位和职工按照国家规定共同缴纳基本医疗保险费。无雇工的个体工商户、未在用人单位参加职工基本医疗保险的非全日制从业人员以及其他灵活就业人员可以参加职工基本医疗保险，由个人按照国家规定缴纳基本医疗保险费。
《国务院关于整合城乡居民基本医疗保险制度的意见》(国发〔2016〕3号)二、整合基本制度政策(一)统一覆盖范围。城乡居民医保制度覆盖范围包括现有城镇居民医保和新农合所有应参保(合)人员，即覆盖除职工基本医疗保险应参保人员以外的其他所有城乡居民。农民工和灵活就业人员依法参加职工基本医疗保险，有困难的可按照当地规定参加城乡居民医保。各地要完善参保方式，促进应保尽保，避免重复参保。

工作日周一至周五上午：8：30-12：00下午：14：00-18：00(节假日除外)。
