释义	一般是不可以的。结婚登记不在中国内地办理的，婚姻登记机关不予受理离婚登记申请。根据《关于驻外使领馆处理华侨婚姻问题》的规定：如他们原在我驻外使领馆登记结婚的，申请离婚的，双方无争议的，可向原经办结婚登记的我驻外使领馆办理离婚手续;双方有争议的，则应向出国前最后户籍所在地或居住地人民法院起诉。如已迁居其他国仍按以上规定办理，但有关法律文书需经居住国公证机关公证，我国驻该国使领馆认证。如已回国定居，其离婚申请则向户籍所在地或居住地婚姻登记机关或人民法院提出。
