法律分析:根据法律规定,事业单位什么时候发工资,没有统一的规定,一般根据自己单位制定发工资时间发放。现行的实践的做法是月初5号或月末25号发放工资,具体的看当地的文件规定。
法律依据:《工资支付暂行规定》第七条 工资必须在用人单位与劳动者约定的日期支付。如遇节假日或休息日,则应提前在最近的工作日支付。工资至少每月支付一次,实行周、日、小时工资制的可按周、日、小时支付工资。
