释义	法律分析：我国并不禁止关联交易，但禁止关联交易对公司利益造成损害。关联交易的双方由于存在利益关系，双方的交易实际上会降低交易成本，但同时，关联交易使得公司没有独立的竞争力，过度的依赖使其在今后的市场上没有竞争力，对公司长远的利益来看是存在一定影响的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第二十一条公司的控股股东、实际控制人、董事、监事、高级管理人员不得利用其关联关系损害公司利益。违反前款规定，给公司造成损失的，应当承担赔偿责任。
