释义	赌博属于违法行为，由此产生的债权不受法律保护。法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第七十条以营利为目的，为赌博提供条件的，或者参与赌博赌资较大的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款；情节严重的，处十日以上十五日以下拘留，并处五百元以上三千元以下罚款。《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百五十三条违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定的民事法律行为无效。但是，该强制性规定不导致该民事法律行为无效的除外。违背公序良俗的民事法律行为无效。
