释义	律师分析: 正常情况下银行本票既能转让又能背书，但是填有现金字样的本票不能转让和背书。我国银行的本票全部为可转让，只有汇票是可以直接选择是否允许转让。银行本票是申请人将款项交存银行，由银行签发的承诺自己在见票时无条件支付确定的金额给收款人或者持票人的票据。【法律依据】: 《中华人民共和国票据法》第二十七条票据的出票人在票据上记载“不得转让”字样，票据持有人背书转让的，票据背书行为无效。背书转让后的受让人不得享有票据权利，票据的出票人、承兑人对受让人不承担票据责任。
