释义	法律分析：不可以，进厂必须要求含有合格的健康证，健康证是公共场所从业人员上岗前必须持有的有效证明材料,假健康证会带来可怕的危害,顾客在不知不觉中感染传染病的机率会增大。法律依据：《公共场所卫生管理条例》第七条公共场所直接为顾客服务的人员，持有“健康合格证”方能从事本职工作。患有痢疾、伤寒、病毒性肝炎、活动期肺结核、化脓性或者渗出性皮肤病以及其他有碍公共卫生的疾病的，治愈前不得从事直接为顾客服务的工作。
