释义	复婚后之前离婚协议还有效，双方是否复婚不影响离婚协议的效力，离婚时分割的财产在离婚后就是一方的个人财产，复婚后对复婚前的财产也适用结婚婚前财产的规定，属于个人财产。【法律依据】《婚姻登记条例》第五条办理结婚登记的内地居民应当出具下列证件和证明材料：（一）本人的户口簿、身份证；（二）本人无配偶以及与对方当事人没有直系血亲和三代以内旁系血亲关系的签字声明。第十四条离婚的男女双方自愿恢复夫妻关系的，应当到婚姻登记机关办理复婚登记。复婚登记适用本条例结婚登记的规定。
