释义	法律分析: 道路交通安全违法行为累积记分周期（即记分周期）为12个月，满分为12分，从机动车驾驶证初次领取之日起计算。对有交通肇事犯罪、危险驾驶犯罪、饮酒后驾驶、吸毒、暴力犯罪记录，或有最近连续3个记分周期内记满12分记录等情况的驾驶员，撤销其从业资格证。法律依据: 《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第五十九条机动车驾驶人在一个记分周期内记分未达到12分，所处罚款已经缴纳的，记分予以清除；记分虽未达到12分，但尚有罚款未缴纳的，记分转入下一记分周期。
