释义	法律分析：可以不到场调解，但开庭审理案件时，原告必须到庭，否则会被按自动撤诉处理。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第九十六条调解达成协议，必须双方自愿，不得强迫。调解协议的内容不得违反法律规定。此外，如庭前调解无效，则案件应进入诉讼程序。第一百六十一条人民适用简易程序审理案件，应当在立案之日起三个月内审结。第一百四十九条人民适用普通程序审理的案件，应当在立案之日起六个月内审结。有特殊情况需要延长的，由本院院长批准，可以延长六个月需要延长的，报请上级人民批准。
