释义	法律分析：没有法定的赡养义务，赡养父母是子女应尽的义务，也是中华民族的传统美德。子女不履行赡养义务时，无劳动能力或生活困难的父母，有要求子女付给赡养费的权利。儿媳非法律上的父母子女关系，不具有父母子女间的权利和义务，所以作为儿媳对公婆没有法定的赡养义务。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零六十七条父母不履行抚养义务的，未成年子女或者不能独立生活的成年子女，有要求父母给付抚养费的权利。成年子女不履行赡养义务的，缺乏劳动能力或者生活困难的父母，有要求成年子女给付赡养费的权利。
