释义	精神病订立的遗嘱是没有法律效力的。我国法律规定，公民的遗嘱能力应当具有完全民事行为能力。无民事行为能力人和限制民事行为能力人不具有遗嘱能力，所立遗嘱无效。【法律依据】《民法典》第一千一百四十三条，无民事行为能力人或者限制民事行为能力人所立的遗嘱无效。遗嘱必须表示遗嘱人的真实意思，受欺诈、胁迫所立的遗嘱无效。伪造的遗嘱无效。遗嘱被篡改的，篡改的内容无效。
