事业编制是什么?

释义

法律主观：

公司就是法律意义上的法人，是一个组织，不需要任何人担任。若是事业单位编制人员成为法定代表人，至少会被给予警告或者记过处分。法定代表人代表公司进行民事活动，凡是执行职务的行为均被认为是法人的行为。
