问题	法院冻结银行卡是不是所有名下卡都冻结
释义	被法院冻结了一张银行卡，不会冻结所有的银行卡。但是如果法院认为有必要，就会冻结名下其他的银行卡。《民事诉讼法》第242条：人民法院查询，冻结，扣划的财产不得超过被执行人应当履行义务的范围。表现有两种情形： 1、只有一个银行账户的，存款余额不足履行义务的，全部冻结。余额超过诉讼标的的，按照诉讼标的金额冻结，其余部分不属于冻结范围，被告可以交易。 2、有多个银行账户的，按照余额从多到少依次冻结，直到诉讼标的。总余额不足的，冻结所有账户。总余额多于诉讼标的的，以标的为准，剩余存款被告可交易。
