释义	持有人指的是对财产拥有所有权的人；共有人指的是由两个或两个以上的公民、法人共同拥有该财产的权利和应承担的相应的义务，共有一般分为“按份共有”和“共同共有”两种。《中华人民共和国民法典》第二百九十八条按份共有人对共有的不动产或者动产按照其份额享有所有权。第二百九十九条共同共有人对共有的不动产或者动产共同享有所有权。第三百条共有人按照约定管理共有的不动产或者动产；没有约定或者约定不明确的，各共有人都有管理的权利和义务。
