释义	法律分析：成年后原则上不允许改姓名，确有正当理由需要更改姓名的，由本人提出书面申请，如属干部、职工还须持所在单位的组织、人事部门准予更改的证明，经责任区民警审查，派出所长提出意见，报上级户籍管理部门审批同意后，才可给予更改。法律依据：《中华人民共和国户口登记条例》第十八条公民变更姓名，依照下列规定办理： 1．未满十八周岁的人需要变更姓名的时候，由本人或者父母、收养人向户口登记机关申请变更登记 2．十八周岁以上的人需要变更姓名的时候，由本人向户口登记机关申请变更登记。
