释义	律师分析: （一）债权债务关系必须真实存在; （二）债务人存在放弃到期债权、无偿转让或以不合理的低价转让、收购财产等损害债权人利益的行为; （三）须在法定期间内行使。撤销权自债权人知道或者应当知道撤销事由之日起一年内行使。【法律依据】: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十一条撤销权自债权人知道或者应当知道撤销事由之日起一年内行使。自债务人的行为发生之日起五年内没有行使撤销权的，该撤销权消灭。
