释义	法律分析：法律没有规定全勤奖，但是一般来讲，全勤奖不得限制正常休假。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第三十六条国家实行劳动者每日工作时间不超过八小时、平均每周工作时间不超过四十四小时的工时制度。第四十条用人单位在下列节日期间应当依法安排劳动者休假：(一)元旦；(二)春节；(三)国际劳动节；(四)国庆节；(五)法律、法规规定的其他休假节日。
