释义	法律分析：任何单位或者个人不得利用信件、包裹、印刷品以及其他寄递物品从事危害国家安全、社会公共利益或者他人合法权益的活动。除有关部门依照法律对快件进行检查外，任何单位或者个人不得非法检查他人快件。任何单位或者个人不得私自开拆、隐匿、毁弃、倒卖他人快件。法律依据：《中华人民共和国邮政法》第十二条征收邮政营业场所或者邮件处理场所的，城乡规划主管部门应当根据保障邮政普遍服务的要求，对邮政营业场所或者邮件处理场所的重新设置作出妥善安排；未作出妥善安排前，不得征收。
