释义	法律主观：劳动法规定：休息日安排员工上班的，应先安排补休，如果不能补休的，要支付双倍加班工资的。但是法定节假日员工加班给串休不允许安排补休，只能支付三倍加班工资的。加班费的计算基数以双方约定或劳动合同上约定的月工资来确定的。如果请假，也应该按合同约定的月工资进行折算再扣除请假当天的工资。
