释义	法律咨询：前段时间我和一个公司签了一份合同（我给他们公司做一个项目），当时对方交了订金，但后来项目做完之后对方没有把剩下的钱给我，因为涉及到的钱比较少所以我也不想再追究了。我现在考虑的是如果我做的这个项目在二年内出了问题，我不给他解决，他告我的话，会不会告赢我（当时签合同的时候合同上写的是免费服务二年）。如果我想让合同作废应该怎么办？问题补充：重点在：一、如果因为项目出现问题我没给他解决，他告我，他会不会赢？二、如果我想解除合同应该怎么办？
