劳动仲裁没有个人工资怎么办？ |

法律分析：1.先准备好劳动关系存在对证明。
例如劳动合同、考勤记录、录用通知、公司安排工作对邮件等等，实在没有这些，可以提供证人证言，证明你是该公司对员工。
2.再提供发放工资的证据。
如果公司是通过银行转账到您的卡上，可以凭身份证到银行去查询你对银行往来明细，找到相应对账号，证明公司支付了相应对工资，工资多少自然就可以证明了。
如果工资是现金发放的，可以申请劳动仲裁部门调查，让仲裁部门要求公司提供您的工资发放记录。公司提供了记录，则可以证明工资是多少；公司拒绝提供的话，要承担不利后果，仲裁部门可以采信您的说法了。
这些都没有，只好提供证人证言，证明公司给您发了多少工资了。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动仲裁法》
第一条为了公正及时解决劳动争议，保护当事人合法权益，促进劳动关系和谐稳定，制定本法。
第二条中华人民共和国境内的用人单位与劳动者发生的下列劳动争议，适用本法：
（一）因确认劳动关系发生的争议；
（二）因订立、履行、变更、解除和终止劳动合同发生的争议；
（三）因除名、辞退和辞职、离职发生的争议；
（四）因工作时间、休息休假、社会保险、福利、培训以及劳动保护发生的争议；
（五）因劳动报酬、工伤医疗费、经济补偿或者赔偿金等发生的争议；
（六）法律、法规规定的其他劳动争议。
第三条解决劳动争议，应当根据事实，遵循合法、公正、及时、着重调解的原则，依法保护当事人的合法权益。
第四条发生劳动争议，劳动者可以与用人单位协商，也可以请工会或者第三方共同与用人单位协商，达成和解协议。
