释义	试用期是劳动者与用人单位彼此熟悉的一个阶段，在试用期间，虽然工资和正式工作后工资有所区别，但是用人单位也必须按照相关的规定给劳动者发放工资，试用期工资不能低于正式工资的80%。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第二十条劳动者在试用期的工资不得低于本单位同岗位最低档工资或者劳动合同约定工资的百分之八十，并重申试用期工资不得低于用人单位所在地的最低工资标准。
