释义	法律分析：我国的兵役分为现役和预备役。参加中国人民解放军或中国人民武装警察部队为服现役。编入民兵组织、预备役部队或经过预备役登记的为服预备役。法律依据：《中华人民共和国兵役法》第五条兵役分现役和预备役。服现役的称现役军人，服预备役的称预备役军人。现役军人和预备役军人分军官、军士和兵。军士和兵的现役期限规定如下：（一）陆军、公安军的军士和兵服现役三年；（二）空军、海岸守备部队、公安军舰艇中的军士和兵服现役四年；（三）海军舰艇部队的军士和兵服现役五年。
