释义	判决书下来后能改。改的前提条件是判决书有错误。一审判决书如果没有生效,可以向上一级法院上诉,由上一级法院改判;如果是二审判决书或者一审判决书已经生效,可以在6个月之内申诉,或者向检察院申诉,请求检察院抗诉。案件进入再审后改判。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百六十四条当事人不服地方人民法院第一审判决的，有权在判决书送达之日起十五日内向上一级人民法院提起上诉。
