释义	法律分析：合理，用人单位应按约定的日期支付工资，且每月至少支付一次。即该月工资在下个月的约定的日期前必须支付。具体日期查看所签订的劳动合同。大多数公司是在每月的15日或30日发放工资。法律依据：《工资支付暂行条例》第七条工资必须在用人单位与劳动者约定的日期支付。如遇节假日或休息日，则应提前在最近的工作日支付。工资至少每月支付一次，实行周、日、小时工资制的可按周、日、小时支付工资。
