释义	法律分析: 结婚证上的年龄填错了不代表就是不合法的。如果当事人双方本身不符合结婚的年龄标准，确实是违法的，此时其虚报年龄取得的结婚证是无效的，双方的婚姻不具有法律效力；但如果是因为不属于当事人本身的原因填错的，不会违法，可以到婚姻登记机关进行更改。《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零五十一条有下列情形之一的，婚姻无效：（一）重婚；（二）有禁止结婚的亲属关系；（三）未到法定婚龄。
