释义	法律分析：如果网贷利息过高的那么是不合法，超过利息部分得不到法律的保障。借贷利息不超过年利率24%就合法，根据民间借贷法，借款利率超过年利率24%的部分不予支持，超过36%的部分必须返还，在24%至36%之间的部分若已经支付则不必返还。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于人民法院审理借贷案件的若干意见》第十条一方以欺诈、胁迫等手段或者乘人之危，使对方在违背真实意思的情况下所形成的借贷关系，应认定为无效。
