释义	法律分析：离婚后仍然同居，只能属于同居关系，不具有夫妻的权利和义务，法律不予保护，也不干涉。但应当注意双方的财产不要混同，以免造成同居期间积累的共同财产分割纠纷。当事人起诉请求解除同居关系的，对一般的同居关系法院不予受理，但就财产分割、子女抚养的纠纷可以受理。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》婚姻家庭编的解释（一）第三条当事人提起诉讼仅请求解除同居关系的，人民法院不予受理；已经受理的，裁定驳回起诉。当事人因同居期间财产分割或者子女抚养纠纷提起诉讼的，人民法院应当受理。
