释义	七天试用期不发放工资是不合法的，劳动者上班提供劳动就应该享有相应的劳动报酬的权利，即使只工作一天，用人单位也是应当支付工资的，用人单位以劳动者在试用期内为由不发放工资，这种情况是属于克扣工资的行为，是违法的行为。劳动者可以申请劳动仲裁或者是去劳动局投诉。试用期内劳动者需要解除劳动合同的，应该要提前三天书面告知用人单位，到期后劳动合同即可解除。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十条用人单位应当按照劳动合同约定和国家规定，向劳动者及时足额支付劳动报酬。
