释义	法律分析：绩效工资根据公司规定进行支付就可以了，没影响。不满一个月工资按实际出勤天数计算。工资，即员工的薪资，是固定工作关系里的员工所得的薪酬，是法定用人单位依据法律规定、或行业规定、或根据与员工之间的约定，以货币形式对员工的劳动所支付的报酬。工作时间不满一个月的，应当按照出勤天数计发工资报酬。根据劳动部《关于职工全年月平均工作时间和工资折算问题的通知》【劳社部发[2008]3号】规定，月计薪天数按21.75计算。
