法律分析：劳动合同经用人单位和劳动者签字或者盖章即生效。签劳动合同时有错别字或者填错，可以划掉再做修改，但需要保证的是两份劳动合同的内容一致。另外最好是在修改的地方加盖用人单位印章及劳动者手印。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第十六条 劳动合同由用人单位与劳动者协商一致，并经用人单位与劳动者在劳动合同文本上签字或者盖章生效。
劳动合同文本由用人单位和劳动者各执一份。
