释义	法律分析：专利权人未按时缴纳年费(不包括授予专利权当年的年费)或者缴纳的数额不足的，可以在年费期满之日起六个月内补缴。如超过补缴时间仍未缴纳，则专利权终止。法律依据：《中华人民共和国专利法》第四十四条有下列情形之一的，专利权在期限届满前终止：（一）没有按照规定缴纳年费的；（二）专利权人以书面声明放弃其专利权的。专利权在期限届满前终止的，由国务院专利行政部门登记和公告。
