法律分析:
监狱犯人每天早上6:20起床起床点名；有的监狱要出操，早晨7点开饭，吃完饭整理内务卫生，一般8:30开始工作，在中午11:30收工，12点吃中午饭，有的监狱，有条件的可以午休。下午2点开始工作，下午5点收工。然后晚上6点开饭，吃完饭集体看新闻。罪犯有在法定节日和休息日休息的权利。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国监狱法》 第七十一条 监狱对罪犯的劳动时间，参照国家有关劳动工时的规定执行；在季节性生产等特殊情况下，可以调整劳动时间。
