法律分析:根据相关的法律条文规定,公司只允许压员工15天的工资,如果超过了这个时间就是属于违法的。如果人单位有下列侵害劳动者合法权益行为的,由劳动行政部门责令其支付劳动者工资和经济补偿。
法律依据:《中华人民共和国劳动法》 第五十条 工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
