释义	是落地签，迪拜属于阿联酋,目前阿联酋对中国实行落地签证。落地签是指申请人不必提前申请签证,等到达机场后再按照程序申请签证,所以落地签并不等于完全免签。需要持中华人民共和国普通护照且有效期在六个月以上的中国公民可以在入境迪拜时获得免费落地签,签证有效期为30天。法律依据：《中华人民共和国护照法》第四条普通护照由公安部出入境管理机构或者公安部委托的县级以上地方人民政府公安机关出入境管理机构以及中华人民共和国驻外使馆、领馆和外交部委托的其他驻外机构签发。
