释义	法律分析: 公职人员暧昧不一定会被处分。但是公务员结婚后搞婚外情属于违纪行为，应当承担纪律责任，给予处分的；即根据严重程度分别给予警告、记过、记大过、降级、降职、开除。《行政机关公务员处分条例》第二十九条有下列行为之一的，给予警告、记过或者记大过处分；情节较重的，给予降级或者撤职处分；情节严重的，给予开除处分：（一）拒不承担赡养、抚养、扶养义务的；（二）虐待、遗弃家庭成员的；（三）包养情人的；（四）严重违反社会公德的行为。有前款第（三）项行为的，给予撤职或者开除处分。
