释义	法律分析：可以撤销的。赠与合同的撤销一般可分为两种，即任意撤销和法定撤销。而赠与合同的任意撤销则是指赠与合同成立后，赠与财产的权利转移之前，赠与人可以根据自己的意思不再为赠与行为。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百五十八条赠与人在赠与财产的权利转移之前可以撤销赠与。经过公证的赠与合同或者依法不得撤销的具有救灾、扶贫、助残等公益、道德义务性质的赠与合同，不适用前款规定。第六百五十九条赠与的财产依法需要办理登记或者其他手续的，应当办理有关手续。
