释义	刑事诉讼中简易程序的特点：1、只适用于刑事案件的第一审程序；2、简易程序只适用于基层人民法院；适用简易程序审理的案件，必须是事实清楚、证据充分、被告人对适用简易程序无异议；3、简易程序是对第一审普通程序的相对简化；4、适用简易程序审理的公诉案件中被告人自愿认罪，并对起诉书所指控的犯罪事实无异议的，法庭可以直接作出有罪判决。人民法院对自愿认罪的被告人，酌情予以从轻处罚。
