买房人有权要求换房吗
释义
一般来说是需要根据开发商的协商结果来可不可以换房。
如果开发商还没有进行购房合同备案，且同意换房的前提下，是可以申请换房的；如果购房合同已经在房管局备案，则表示这套房子已经登记在你名下，是没有办法申请换房的。
【本文关联的相关法律依据】
《最高人民法院关于审理商品房买卖合同纠纷案件适用法律若干问题的解释》第二条，出卖人未取得商品房预售许可证明；
与买受人订立的商品房预售合同，应当认定无效，但是在起诉前取得商品房预售许可证明的，可以认定有效。
