释义	法律分析：保证期间是不变期间,不会发生中断、中止,从主债务履行期届满之日开始起算,期限长度有约定按约定,没有约定按法定6个月,在此期间内,连带责任保证的债务人需要向保证人主张权利,否则保证债务消灭。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百九十八条一般保证的保证人在主债务履行期限届满后，向债权人提供债务人可供执行财产的真实情况，债权人放弃或者怠于行使权利致使该财产不能被执行的，保证人在其提供可供执行财产的价值范围内不再承担保证责任。
