法律分析：不可以。我国法律不承认流押条款，债务到期后不能归还的，应当对财产进行评估，根据评估价值对债权进行担保，超过部分归抵押人所有。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》 第四百零一条 抵押权人在债务履行期限届满前，与抵押人约定债务人不履行到期债务时抵押财产归债权人所有的，只能依法就抵押财产优先受偿。
