释义	著作权可以转让的对象是财产权。署名权是著作人身权，故不可以转让。在我国，作者依法享有的著作权具体包括十七项。其中，前四项(即发表权、署名权、修改权和保护作品完整权)为著作人身权，后十三项(即复制权、发行权、出租权等)为著作财产权。著作权法明确规定，作品的作者可以许可他人行使或者转让上述后十三项权利，并获得相应的报酬。法律依据《著作权法》第十条、第二十五条
