停运火车票怎么退？
释义
火车停运可以直接退票，因停运造成的退票不收取退票费的，会根据乘车情况予以退票。如果不愿意退票的，可以要求铁路部门延长车票有效期。法律依据：《铁路互联网售票暂行办法》第六条 在网站购买铁路电子客票时，应当注册并准确提供乘车人的有效身份证件信息。第七条 在网站购票可使用的有效身份证件包括：（1）中华人民共和国居民身份证（含港澳台居民居住证、外国人永久居留身份证，以下称为居民身份证）。（2）港澳居民来往内地通行证。（3）台湾居民来往大陆通行证。（4）按规定可使用的有效护照。
