释义	法律分析：当事人在法庭辩论终结前撤销自认的，人民法院应当准许。法律依据：《关于民事诉讼证据的若干规定》第九条有下列情形之一，当事人在法庭辩论终结前撤销自认的，人民法院应当准许：（一）经对方当事人同意的；（二）自认是在受胁迫或者重大误解情况下作出的。人民法院准许当事人撤销自认的，应当作出口头或者书面裁定。根据本条规定当事人在经对方当事人同意或者因不能抗拒或者不敢抗拒的原因作出的违背其真实意思表示的承认，在法庭辩论终结前可以撤销自认。
