释义	法律分析: 商标一般不可以拆开使用的。但有特殊情况的除外。例如，当事人申请商标标识一定范围内的专用权后，又向商标局申请该商标拆分部分的商标专用权，且经商标局核准注册的。法律依据:《《中华人民共和国商标法》》第八条任何能够将自然人、法人或者其他组织的商品与他人的商品区别开的标志，包括文字、图形、字母、数字、三维标志、颜色组合和声音等，以及上述要素的组合，均可以作为商标申请注册。
