释义	法律分析：项目询价公告意思是询价采购过程中询价小组发出的项目公告。询价采购是指对几个供货商（通常至少三家）的报价进行比较以确保价格具有竞争性的一种采购方式。只允许供应商提供一个报价。每一供应商或承包商只许提出一个报价，而且不许改变其报价。不得同某一供应商或承包商就其报价进行谈判。报价的提交形式，可以采用电传或传真形式。法律依据：《中华人民共和国招标投标法》第五条招标投标活动应当遵循公开、公平、公正和诚实信用的原则。
